When it’s time for Mozilla Firefox 4.0 to come out, there arrives an update to Firefox 3 series. People are waiting for Firefox 4.0′s release as it will contain several new features. Unfortunately Firefox 4.0 is still under development. I hope it will be released soon! As we can see Mozilla group cares for people and their security. I mean when Firefox 4.0 is some time away from it’s release, these people also concentrate on other versions. How caring they are! Three cheers for Mozilla Team!

For now there is another updated to Firefox 3.6.

The Mozilla Foundation has released a very important patch for their Firefox 3.6. This update fixes many important problems. It fixes many stability issues and many vulnerabilities. About 16 vulnerabilities were patched in Firefox 3.6. Also they patched about 12 problems in Firefox 3.5.

This update has been marked very important as the bugs in Firefox 3.6 can let any hacker take control of your Firefox and install malwares. So to be on a safer side, update your Firefox version to the latest!

This new update will fix several issues like cross domain data theft using CSS, miscellaneous memory safety hazards and remote code execution using malformed PNG image (Have a look at all of the bugs fixed here).

Want to be on a safer side? Update your Firefox now! Users can update to Firefox 3.6.7 by downloading the new edition . Alternatively you can update your Firefox by selecting “Check for Updates” from the Help menu in the browser. Follow any method, but make sure you update your Firefox!
